How do I purchase tickets?
Please complete the guest form here and follow the instructions on how to pay for your tickets.
I have paid, but I have not received my ticket?
Physical tickets will not be issued. DCGS Parents should pay via ParentPay and email receipts will be issued by ParentPay immediately after payment. All other guests will pay via BACS and confirmation emails will be issued within 3 weeks of payment. A guest list will also be in operation on the night.
When do ticket sales close?
Ticket are selling fast, so whilst sales officially close at 15:00 on Tuesday 14 May 2024, we will sell out before this date. We recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are generally non-refundable, please email: friends@challoners.com should you need to request a refund.
How many guests per table?
Tables are for 10 guests, so please create your table with friends or register individual seats and we will create a table for you.
Will there be an opportunity to pre-order drinks?
Guests will be contacted in May and given the opportunity to pre-order wine for their table.
If I don’t pre-order, can I buy drinks on the night to accompany dinner?
Yes , however, we would recommend pre-ordering drinks to avoid long queues at the start of the evening. There will be three bars available throughout the night, including a Gin Bar.
What forms of payment will be accepted?
Cash and card payments from all major credit cards, except AMEX, will be accepted at the ball.
When will the menu be available?
Menus will be available to view after 31 March 2024 and can be provided to all ticket holders on request. Please email: friends@challoners.com for details.

Will there be parking on-site?
There is ample designated parking on-site.
What entertainment will there be on the evening?
We have a superb live band called Fake Tan and DJ after dinner to dance to. There will also be a short auction with tempting offers, hosted by a celebrity auctioneer.

Are children permitted at the event?
Regretfully, only individuals aged 18 or over may attend the ball.
