A Christmas Carol for Year 8

I am incredibly impressed that, in one day, an entire play could be set up and performed! I did not think it was humanly possible to set up lighting, sound effects, costumes and other technical elements of a production in such a short amount of time, however, I can officially say that the production team did the 'A Christmas Carol' novel justice! Unlike any other stage adaptations of books I've ever seen before, this one was totally interactive. You know it's going to be good when you walk into the main hall seeing your friends shooting targets with balloons, and this was just the start! On behalf of year 8, I can truly say that this event was magnificent. A big thank you is due to all of the teachers and performers who kindly gave us the opportunity to witness what we have been studying in our English lessons for the past half term! This very enjoyable event took place just before the end of last term.
