This first week back was concluded with the every student and staff member taking part in the triennial whole school photograph. All 1300 students and 150 staff assembled on a large and mildly terrifying metal structure - which impressively was assembled and then disassembled in a single day - and given the understated task of all smiling together.
The photo organised by Mrs Black who was kept busy ensuring that everyone was present and correct, liaising with the photographers from Gillman and Soame and making sure that we students were dressed smartly and arranged in height order.
Despite it being a very humid day for the long process, it nevertheless went smoothly, and the sun shone on us as we recorded another moment in Challoner's history together. The photograph will be available soon for parents who wish to purchase a copy.
